With the support of the Ministry of Health of the RA Ministry of Health, the joint initiative of the National Medical Chamber and the National Institute of Health of the RA Ministry of Health, on the occasion of the World Health Day, the Annual Conference on Internal Diseases was launched. The opening of the accredited conference was announced by the President of the National Medical Chamber, Narek Vanesyan, noting that the event is aimed at improving the quality of primary health care services, highlighting existing problems and developing complex solutions. Deputy Minister of Health Armen Nazaryan welcomed the participants, emphasizing the fact that the health system begins with polyclinic services and it is important to encourage the programs aimed at the development of the PHC sector.

During the 2 days of the annual conference of internal diseases, a presentation of the latest therapeutic methods and standards in the field of healthcare is expected. The speakers are: consultants of different specialties of the Ministry of Health, a number of leading doctors of the health system, heads of chairs of the RA Ministry of Health.

The two-day conference is attended by medical workers from almost all regions of RA and polyclinics of the capital: family doctors, therapists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, neurologists, hepatologists, pulmonologists, who will be awarded 16 theoretical credits.

The event is being held at the National Oncology Center.
